There are two types of reports:
{success} I find these reports invaluable when reconciling what I have marked as Purchased and what I have actually bought!
The reports you produce can be combined with one or more users if desired. The use case for this would be if you and your spouse have been marking gifts as Plan to Purchase or Purchased. You can combine your report with your spouse's report to see what gifts you both have marked as Plan to Purchase or Purchased. The gifts you have marked as Plan to Purchase or Purchased for the other combined users will not be included in your combined report. And of course, any gifts your combined users have marked for you will not be included in the combined report.
When you select the Reports menu item, you will be shown a list of users in all of your group that you can combine with your report.
{info} You do not have to combine with any users!
After you select users to combine with, you will be shown a list of users that you can exclude from the report. This option is useful if you want to exclude people that might see your report and spoil the fun!
{info} You do not have to exclude any users!
You will then be shown a selection of reports to produce. Select the type of report you want and it will be displayed for you.
At the top of the report you will see a Print Page button. Clicking this button will print the report to your systems print function.
The Plan to Purchase report shows all gifts that have been marked as Plan to Purchase by you and anyone else you have combined with you.
The Purchased report shows all gifts that have been marked as Purchased by you and anyone else you have combined with you.
